Free Camping for all Passport Holders & Members
From Cascadia Convergence through Labor Day Weekend (July 5-September 3rd) at the North River Reserve in Southwest Washington.
The biggest part, is we simply want to invite Cascadians to come camp with us on a weekend in July or August. Our hope is that Cascadians will be able to come from around the area, relax, and meet each other, and maybe hit off some great connections. Our senior Dean of Diplomacy Trevor Owen has volunteered his time to be down there to greet folks as they come in, lead nature walks, work parties for those interested, and tell stories around the camp fire in the evening.
In addition, we will open the space for Cascadians who might want to lead workshops around showing the change we want to see in the world, and will also open it up to sites like Hip Camp, with the idea of creating a wonderful blend of socially engaged campers, Cascadians, and workshop attendees, able to share a meal, discussion and camp fire.
