The 7th annual Cascadia Grains Conference is coming up on January 18th & 19th, 2019 in Olympia, WA bringing together over 400 participants, convening and connecting growers, processors, brokers, investors, and policy-makers across the grains value chain.
The day long event features workshops and hands-on classes that focus on three value-added grain enterprises: poultry and livestock feed, brewing and distilling, and artisan baking. Over the last three years the conference has developed into key educational event for producers and end-users and a wonderful opportunity to network and collaborate along the value chain. Also included will be a resource fair and networking sessions over breakfast, lunch and dinner.
They will also have even MORE grains-related work with six “hands-on” Friday Field Trips on January 18th including Baking, Brewing and Distilling, Equipment, and two amazing Tasting Events. Experience Cascadia Grains in action!
