Cascadia Department of Bioregion is seeking a social media intern!
Cascadians, cultural provocateurs, change agents… people who spend too much time on social media, and want to learn more about doing it in a professional context.
We are looking for you.
Job Description:
Social Media Internship: Scan social media channels for relevant and engaging content. Lead identification and generation. Plug in a cross media strategy for Facebook, Twitter, Reddit using Hootsuite. Identify & connect with leads. If you’d like develop, create and implement new ad strategies and see how you do.
In exchange - build up an awesome set of metrics. Have a real world impact, see how you do and reach tens of thousands of individuals. Grow your experience with different social media platforms. Develop a portfolio.
Time expectations:
10 hours a week.
Meetings in person in Wallingford on Tuesdays or arranged at a different time.
Other time to be held remotely at your leisure.
The Cascadia Department of Bioregion is a project based organization dedicated to making an independent Cascadia a reality… so applicants should probably be ALRIGHT with the idea of Cascadia, or at least fake it by convincing us with your on point intellect and whit.
