The Cascadia Department of Bioregion supports the creation of public and municipal banking systems for our cities, counties, states, bioregion and communities.

Cascadia should ensure it’s citizens the right to live - with every person making the choice how to live. As we enter into the 21st century, and with newly emerging instability, inequality and technology - this means providing every citizen with the basic tenets of society for life , liberty and happiness.

Any pathway to greater autonomy, independence, or self determination must be decided and created by the people who live here, in a peaceful and democratic manner. Rather than small groups placing their ideas or will upon a larger - from the beginning a framework for a democratic body able to represent Cascadia, and enter into decision making and external negotiations must be put in place.

A constitutional amendment for gender parity for parties, representatives, delegates, candidates or modes of public, or publicly funded governance within the bioregion of Cascadia, as determined and approved by the people of Cascadia, or a democratic body able to represent Cascadia.

Promoting Independent Journalism, Media, Means Defending ‘Our Right to Truth’. A free press is essential for peace, justice and human rights for all.  It is crucial to building transparent and democratic societies and keeping those in power accountable.

Systems that are not representative of the place or people must be abolished. The case for ending the electoral college and abolishing the Senate.
